Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has publicly accused the founder of Grace Nation Bible Ministry, Pastor Chris Okafor, popularly known as the Generational Prophet, of betraying her trust after a video showing his engagement to another woman surfaced online.
The actress made the allegations in an emotional video shared on her Instagram page on Saturday, reacting to the widely circulated clip of the cleric’s engagement, which went viral over the weekend.
Ogala claimed she had been in a long-term romantic relationship with Okafor since 2017 and said he had previously promised to marry her. She expressed shock and disappointment at seeing the engagement video, insisting that the development came as a personal betrayal.
In the video, the actress alleged that she made significant personal and financial sacrifices during the relationship, adding that the situation had taken a serious toll on her life and emotional wellbeing.
Ogala also accused the cleric of mistreating her and claimed that private matters were exposed without her consent. She further alleged that Okafor’s actions had caused lasting damage to her personal life, stating that she has struggled to recover from the experience.
She warned that the proposed marriage would not succeed, insisting that unresolved issues from their past relationship remained.
