The incident, which was captured in a viral video, showed Naira Marley performing when the man suddenly rushed toward him, startling both the artist and the crowd.
Fortunately, security operatives moved swiftly to contain the situation. Sam Larry, a close associate of the singer, was also seen stepping in to prevent the confrontation from escalating. The intruder was immediately restrained and escorted off stage, allowing the performance to continue without further disruption.
Reacting to the incident, Naira Marley took to his X account to downplay the drama. He reposted the clip with a lighthearted caption: “The moment I got attacked on stage, see baba oninu re.”
