Guinness World Records confirmed that Baci achieved the remarkable accomplishment during a lively open-air cookout in Lagos, where she prepared a massive 8,780 kilograms (19,356 pounds) of the iconic West African dish. The chef celebrated the arrival of her newest plaque with a heartfelt message on Instagram, where she shared photos of herself joyfully holding both Guinness trophies. In her caption, she described her journey as a story built on perseverance and divine grace, writing: “Two records. Two plaques. One story of faith, fire, and history. Twice, God showed up for me. Twice, we made history for Nigeria.” She expressed appreciation to Gino, one of the event partners, noting that their collaboration allowed the record-breaking moment to reach billions worldwide through social media and global news coverage. She also shared a verse from Isaiah 61:7, using it to reflect on her experience as a powerful testimony of receiving double honour.
