Popular Nigerian influencer and social media personality, Ayomiposi Oluwadahunsi, better known as Mandy Kiss, has sparked fresh controversy after claiming that some individuals are allegedly plotting to have her admitted into a psychiatric hospital against her will.

The outspoken content creator took to her social media page to express fear and frustration over what she described as an attempt to label her mentally unstable. Mandy insisted that she is of sound mind and that her online persona is purely for entertainment and survival.

According to her, the rumors began circulating shortly after she made a controversial statement about wanting to set a Guinness World Record by sleeping with 100 men in one day. The comment, which many Nigerians found offensive and disturbing, triggered debates about morality and the limits of online content creation.

Following the criticism, Mandy Kiss clarified that her remarks were never intended as a real-life plan but were simply part of her comedic and attention-grabbing social media content. “Please Nigerians, have mercy on me. I am not mentally ill. I am only trying to make a living. They are using an excuse to take me to a psychiatric hospital. Everything I do online is for content and to trend,” she pleaded in her post.

Despite her repeated controversies, Mandy continues to maintain a strong following on social media and recently secured a brand ambassador deal with the Lagos State Kick Against Drug Abuse (LASKADA) initiative. However, her appointment has continued to stir mixed reactions, with some Nigerians questioning the message it sends, while others believe it shows inclusivity and redemption.

The online personality, known for her daring posts and unconventional lifestyle, has remained unapologetic about her content style, insisting that social media is her primary source of income. Her latest claims have reignited discussions about mental health awareness, freedom of expression, and the fine line between content creation and controversy in Nigeria’s digital space.
