First Lady Oluremi Tinubu has reaffirmed her belief that Nigeria will not break apart, insisting that national unity will prevail despite ongoing challenges.

Speaking through the Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission, Bishop Stephen Adegbite, Mrs. Tinubu delivered her remarks on Sunday during a thanksgiving service in Abuja. The event marked the investiture of Most Rev. Sunday Onuoha as Archbishop on Special Duties at the Methodist Unity Cathedral.

The First Lady stressed that Nigeria’s future rests in divine hands, noting that the country’s stability is dependent on God rather than human efforts. She encouraged citizens to intensify prayers for the nation, the Church, and those in positions of leadership.

“Nigeria will remain a single, indivisible nation,” she said. “We will celebrate Christmas in peace and joy, and it shall be well with the country.”

Mrs. Tinubu also congratulated Archbishop Onuoha and wished him success in his new assignment.
