A fresh wave of criticism has swept across social media following the reappearance of a series of alleged tweets attributed to Paystack co-founder Ezra Olubi. The posts, reportedly retrieved from his old Twitter activity, resurfaced on Wednesday and have since dominated online conversations.
The tweets contain highly unsettling comments reportedly referencing min0rs, alongside other remarks widely condemned by users as inappropriate and pa3d0philic in tone. Although the posts are believed to be more than a decade old, their circulation has revived debates about accountability, digital footprints, and the expectations placed on prominent public figures.
The renewed controversy is unfolding amid recent discussions surrounding Olubi’s personal relationships. Social media users have been circulating claims that the entrepreneur recently ended a relationship with one of the b!s3xual partners in his polycule — a dynamic involving two women who were reportedly also in a relationship with each other. Speculation suggests the breakup may have contributed to the renewed attention on his past online behaviour.
At the time of filing this report, Olubi has not publicly addressed the resurfaced tweets, and efforts to independently verify the authenticity of the posts are ongoing.
