Former PDP spokesman Kola Ologbondiyan says economic hardship and hunger among Nigerians could pose a greater challenge to President Bola Tinubu than opposition parties in 2027.
Former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) National Publicity Secretary Kola Ologbondiyan has said President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s biggest political challenge ahead of the 2027 presidential election may come from Nigerians struggling with hunger and economic hardship rather than opposition parties.
Ologbondiyan argued that the condition of ordinary Nigerians could become a major factor in determining the political direction of the country as the next general election approaches.
His remarks come amid continuing political debates over the impact of the Tinubu administration’s economic reforms and the cost of living.
