Nigerian singer Portable has once again stirred controversy, publicly declaring that rap superstar Olamide will regret not signing him to his YBNL label. The street-pop artist accused industry figures of obstructing his path but insisted that his career trajectory is unstoppable.

Speaking on social media, Portable emphasized that his rise is guided by faith, personal determination, and an ever-growing fan base. He also acknowledged British-Nigerian rapper Skepta as a key supporter who helped him at a critical point when opportunities elsewhere were blocked.

Portable warned that those trying to hinder his progress would face consequences. He claimed Olamide’s decision to turn him away stemmed from his insistence on protecting his own rights, and insisted that his “God of Zazuu” would ensure that justice prevails in the industry.

He stressed the importance of loyalty, urging people to support those who genuinely back them, while cautioning that attempts to harm him or his supporters would not go unpunished. Portable concluded by highlighting his growing international presence and fan base, stating that he is set to shine brighter than those who tried to block his path.
