Nigerian singer Daniel Benson, popularly known as BNXN, has shared his frustration over the difficulty of finding genuine love in Lagos.
The award-winning artiste made the revelation on Wednesday via a post on X (formerly Twitter), where he wrote: “To find love for Eko too hard for me o,” a remark that has since sparked reactions from fans on social media.
BNXN has largely kept his romantic life private in recent years, following the controversy that trailed his past relationship with his alleged Swedish ex-girlfriend, Filma Jones, in 2022. At the time, Jones accused the singer of impregnating and abandoning her and released private images to claim they were involved.
The singer later stated that the scandal left him emotionally shaken, describing it as the first time he experienced real heartbreak. He also claimed he had been targeted by blackmail involving a false pregnancy allegation after a brief encounter.
Since then, BNXN has not been publicly linked with any partner, and his recent comments suggest he continues to face challenges navigating relationships in Lagos.
