Chaos erupts during APC House of Representatives primary election as protest turns deadly in Plateau State

Tension reportedly exploded in Plateau State after a man was allegedly shot dead during the All Progressives Congress (APC) House of Representatives primary election in Mangu Local Government Area.

The victim, identified as Sani Abdullahi, was said to have been caught in a violent confrontation that broke out at the primary venue following outrage over delays in the commencement of the exercise.
