Armed attackers reportedly targeted a security facility in Abacheke community, leaving one DSS operative dead and others critically wounded.
A Department of State Services (DSS) operative has reportedly been killed while two others sustained critical injuries following an attack on a security base in Abacheke community, Ohaji/Egbema Local Government Area of Imo State.
The attack was carried out by heavily armed men suspected to be linked to an oil bunkering cartel operating within the area.
According to reports, the assailants launched an assault on the security facility, opening fire during the operation and leaving casualties among security personnel stationed at the location.
