Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke has warned against any attempt to rig the state’s August 15, 2026 governorship election, declaring that the state will not accept electoral manipulation.
Adeleke, who is seeking another term in office, said he was the Chief Security Officer of Osun State and would not allow anyone to compromise the electoral process.
The governor’s comments come as political parties intensify their campaigns ahead of the governorship poll.
Adeleke sends warning ahead of poll
Adeleke called for a peaceful election and urged residents to come out and exercise their right to vote.
