A chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Kalu Kalu, has challenged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to publicly disclose the primary and secondary schools he attended.
Kalu’s demand follows the publication of Tinubu’s nomination documents by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
The controversy centres on the educational section of the President’s nomination form, where the spaces for primary and secondary school qualifications were reportedly left blank.
Kalu demands clarification
Kalu called on the President to provide Nigerians with details of his early education amid the renewed debate over his academic records.
The ADC chieftain’s challenge comes as opposition figures continue to scrutinise the documents submitted by Tinubu to INEC.
According to reports, Tinubu’s EC9 nomination form lists his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Chicago State University, while the primary and secondary school qualification sections were not filled.

INEC’s published documents reportedly contain Tinubu’s university degree certificate and NYSC certificate.
