President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has extended his working vacation by several days and is expected to return to Nigeria during the weekend, according to an announcement by the Presidency on Monday.
The President departed Nigeria on August 30, 2026, for a vacation in London before travelling to Paris, France, where he held meetings with French President Emmanuel Macron and businessman Vincent Bolloré.
The Presidency also said Secretary to the Government of the Federation George Akume would continue representing the President at official events during his absence.
